For personal yoga sessions, please contact me for availability and rates. You can choose to book a single session and/or packages for three to five sessions at a discounted rate. Private sessions are tailored to each client and can focus on a range of foundational work for a stronger chaturanga dandasana, restorative poses for low back pain, breathing exercises to calm the nervous system, and more.
